How do I get in?
Please use the "Reserve Your Seat" button on the performer's page to make a donation. We again thank you for your request for an invite to the Sunday Afternoon House Concerts here. We are not an open to the public and walk-ins are not encouraged due to the Folk Alliance guidelines. If you plan on attending a Sunday concert, we request that you reserve a spot via the "Reserve Your Seat" button on the page of each artist or via the "Contact Us" tab. Our capacity is limited and we want to keep our concerts unique and intimate for all who come to share the music and the food.
I don’t like to use my credit card online. Is there another option?
What do I bring?
There is always a potluck, so bring a favorite dish or just pick up something from the store. Food is an important aspect of house concerts. We will have the plates, cutlery, etc. Bring a chair, for they are limited. Bug spray, sunscreen, etc. are good items, too.
What happens to my donation?
All proceeds, minus expenses, go to the artists. We want to provide as much support as possible to the bands (and other performers) we love.
How can I book a show at Under the Oaks?
Food and other stuff?
Everyone enjoys breaking bread with others. We encourage people to bring a dish or dessert to share. We supply the plates, utensils, condiments, napkins, cups, and such. Bring coolers with beverages. Please drink responsibly.
What about kids?
No children under 12 due to insurance liability.
What about dogs?
We love our dogs, but don’t expect others to love them as much as we do, so it’s best to leave yours at home.

We can always use volunteers to help with set up, the day of the show, and clean up. Just contact us to sign on. Another way to help is to spread the word via social media.
